Outlook Contacts (Office 365) Integration

Outlook Contacts Integration is available in the extension. Compatible with EspoCRM 5.6.3 and higher.

Provides the ability to push EspoCRM contacts and leads to Outlook Contacts (People) into a specific folder. Fields being pushed: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Account Name.

Setting up for administrator

Guidelines are the same as for Calendar integration.

Setting up for users

In EspoCRM, go to your user’s profile (top-bar menu > click on your user name). Then go to External Accounts (the button in the top-right corner), select Outlook.

Connect to your Outlook account. Configure Outlook Contacts parameters. Click Save.

Pushing specific contacts/leads to Outlook

1. Go to contacts or leads list view.

2. Select needed items. You can also select all search results.

3. From ‘Actions’ dropdown menu click ‘Push to Outlook’.

Access control

Important: By default regular users don’t have access to Outlook Contacts integration. Administrator needs to enable access in Roles. The following scopes need to be enabled:

  • External Accounts
  • Outlook Contacts
