Extension Purchases
You can request a refund for extensions within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team and provide:
- Your order number;
- The specific items you wish to return;
- The reason for your refund request.
Post-Refund Obligations
Customers are required to delete all extension files and cease usage according to our licensing terms. Continued usage of extensions after a refund violates our licensing agreement and may result in legal consequences.
Cloud Services
We offer a 30-day free trial period for our cloud services to allow you to fully test-drive the system before committing to a subscription. Therefore, refunds for cloud services are not provided. We encourage all potential clients to use this trial to determine if EspoCRM meets their business needs.
