We’d like to share an update to our company structure: we now operate under a new U.S. legal entity, EspoCRM, Inc., incorporated in Delaware and operating from Texas.
This organizational restructuring supports our operational requirements and allows us to handle business relationships more effectively. It also creates a solid foundation for EspoCRM’s continued development, market presence, and future growth.
As it is strictly an organizational formality, all services, user accounts, data, and ongoing operations continue as before and without any changes to your experience. Product development and support services remain under the same management and technical teams.
