EspoCRM can export record data in two formats: XLSX (spreadsheet) and CSV.
Spreadsheets
Export to Spreadsheets feature can be used to extract data stored in a CRM instance in XLSX file format. Users have the ability either to export all records belonging to a certain entity type or select certain records that match predefined criteria. In addition, it is possible to choose the list of fields that will be used for export.
CSV
Export to CSV is useful when you need to transfer data to other software. For example, you may want to transfer your accounts to a bookkeeping system.
