Sync Target Lists with Reports is an extremely useful feature when it comes to creating personalized, targeted marketing campaigns. The feature allows marketing teams to create and update target lists for campaigns with contact, lead or account records that match some the predefined criteria. To start populating target lists from reports, one has to create a report and define the conditions that the records must meet. The feature will add new records that match the criteria in the specified report to the target list. Users can make the system unlink existing records from the target list if they no longer match the criteria (in other words, they are not available in the report anymore).
