The Return Orders feature is available in the Sales Pack extension.
A return order is a document used to record products returned by a customer. A return order is created from a completed sales order. It contains items from the sales order, not necessarily all of them, since a customer may return only some goods.
A receipt order can be created from a return order to document stock returned to the warehouse.
