Gantt Chart provides a detailed timeline view of your project. It shows the Date Start and Date End of Tasks, their durations, Milestones, and Task Dependencies. In this view, you can drag and drop Tasks to adjust their timelines or extend their durations. Additionally, you can add and manage Task Dependencies by selecting two Tasks (hold CTRL/⌘).
This tool highlights all the important steps in the Project, so you can quickly see all Tasks and Milestones and understand the sequence in which Tasks need to be completed. It’s useful for project managers who need to be able to identify potential bottlenecks or delays early and keep teams organized.
