Follow Button

Follow Button allows users to keep up with the updates and stay informed about all the related actions performed with particular records. Users can follow any Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity or Case records if they have access to those records permitted by Roles. The records that one creates or those that got assigned to one are followed automatically.
