Export to Excel

The Export to Excel feature can be used to extract data stored in a CRM instance in Excel file format at any time. Users have the ability either to export all records belonging to a certain entity or select certain records that match predefined criteria. In addition, it is possible to choose the list of fields that will be used for export. The users’ ability to export records can be controlled with the help of Export Permission in Security Roles. This feature comes in handy for backing up certain types of records, for using some data in presentations, or for marketing purposes.
