Export to CSV provides the ability to export CRM data in CSV file format at any time. The feature allows users to export all records of a certain entity type or the list of selected records with just several mouse clicks. In addition, users are able to choose either all fields or the list of fields that will be exported. The export file is automatically generated and downloaded to a computer once all the configurations are set. Business owners can control the employees’ ability to export records using Export Permission in Security Roles. With the help of this feature, organizations can seamlessly share data, make backups of certain types of records to be on the safe side, or use their CRM data for any other purpose.
