How to use dashlets for configuration and customization of the homepage in EspoCRM

In order to work efficiently and be more productive, one has to organize his workspace in a proper way. Luckily, there is a great way to do it by using dashlets, that help you to stay always informed, missing nothing important.

What are dashlets? Dashlets are the components of a dashboard located on the homepage and are used for quick access to frequently used features.

Dashlets can be easily moved and rearranged the way you like by pulling them from one place to another. Moreover, they can be easily edited or removed, just press the dashlet menu button and choose the action you want to fulfill.

What’s more, every dashlet can be configured according to your needs. To do that press the dashlet menu button, choose options and there you may change the title of the dashlet, the number and type of the records displayed as well as auto-refresh interval (that will help you to stay always informed about all the new activities), and in the end don’t forget to press save button in order to save the changed settings.

If you need an additional dashlet on your dashboard, press the plus button and choose the needed dashlet from the list, press the add button and it will appear on your dashboard at once.
